Ben grew up on the Central Coast. He graduated from the National Culinary School in La Mesa, CA in 2007. Catering Chef for Trumpet Vine Catering of several years as well as Sous Chef for the Lido Restaurant at the Dolphin Hotel in Pismo Beach. Ben also spent time in San Francisco as a Banquet Chef at the highly acclaimed Cliffhouse. After his time in San Francisco, Ben happily relocated back to the Central Coast to join the team at Farmstead Kitchen.
